Copying a SP2013 custom list to SP2010

I have a 2013 SharePoint List that we really need to get built quickly into 2010, is there anyway to save as a template and import?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In SP 2013, go to datasheet view in the list and copy it.  Paste the copied data into excel and then import the excel into SP 2010.  Or just copy straight out of SP 2013 list and paste it into Sp 2010 datasheet view.
