Citrix client crash

Hi, I need some help in trying to identify the cause of a citrix client freeze. I have seen posts referring to printer queues but am unsure if this is the reason. Win7 OS

Is this happening on one client machine or multiple?  When did the problem start happening?

I have always got complaints of freezing and slowness but I just put this down to being under resourced at peak times however now I'm wondering if this is just the first time I have actual details of the freeze.
This person has only started to report it recently.

You could be dealing with separate, unrelated issues.  Users are generally not very descriptive in their reports.  Ask them when this issue started happening, and ask if anything changed around that time.  Sometimes they may remember something that is actually helpful.  See if the issue for that user happens randomly, or when they perform a specific function.  If they can recreate the issue, it's definitely easier to narrow it down.

Unable to recreate the issue, happens randomly. If we take the above error and accept its isolated to one machine what does the issue point to.
