Outlook 2013 profile issues

Windows 2012 rdsh servers

I am attempting through the use of a prf file to automatically configure outlook for rdsh users. Users all have a mandatory profile. Opening outlook without a profile is fine and autodiscover finds the mailbox based on the users email address.

However I would like to skip the welcome to outlook each time a user logs on. A prf file has been set to point to the server name and %username%. Outlook is unable to find the mailbox this way.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I think you need to add the Outlook Address Book service. And one more thing add it from Outlook later, otherwise Outlook will use the default services and file locations.
