login credentials

Ok, I have a user who keeps getting logged out each morning. She uses Citrix every night on the laptop she takes home. She also has a laptop at work so she has 2. I cleared her credential manager and flushed the DNS. I reset her Citrix profile as I thought maybe she had a Citrix account open from the last password change and never logged out. I would like to know the best way to find out what her account is logged into to find out if that is using her old password? Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would be checking your Group Policy and Citrix Policies for session idle and logon times. Depending on what you have setup this could vary well be the reason why the account is getting signed out.

is she RDP'ing in from home to the work laptop?  if so then the situation is normal as client machines are single user machines
