FTP using TSL or SSL enableSSL

I have
FTP working fine.
I need SSL or some sort
How do I get ftp.EnableSsl=true to work??

More info: window Server IIS 7 using FilZilla. Framework 4.0
The Certificate is not Valid, but thats ok.
Of course manually using TLS FTP or FTP without security in code works.
I need to automate FTP with TSL or SSL somehow using

The cert will be trusted and valid once it is in your trusted root cert store and likely you are using the self signed cert from the Filezilla FTP server to establish the SSL. Error can also pop up when the URL you are using is not matching with the common name (CN as Subject Name) on the SSL certificate

Here is the page about using TLS in Filezilla Server.  Since the operation is 'automatic' when a client connects, I don't see where has anything to do with it.  ??

OK,  I had already googled these links.

None of these examples had a complete solution.
I was looking for code that worked.
I found the code with all the pieces I was able to make work.
