Old calendar entries

Running Outlook 2010 in our small office.  We have entries on our calendar for repeating meetings but the "author" is not longer here.  How I can I delete those entries?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi

Is the mailbox still active? Do you have full mailbox permissions for that mailbox?
Or the necessary client perms?

If so, giving yourself full mailbox perms and opening it via OWA or Outlook is probably the simplest.

No, the mailbox is no longer active.   The mailbox used to be for Jane Doe.    Jane Doe is now Jane Brown.  When Jane Brown tries to reschedule a meeting set up by Jane Doe, it will not give her permission.
