Insert your Windows 7 boot up disc and reboot your computer. &nbsp;Hit F12 upon rebooting and select Boot from Disk. &nbsp;(If your computer is set to boot from disc first then you won't have to hit F12)<br />

When you get to the setup, you can pick your partition and choose to delete it. &nbsp;You can format it from there as well and it will set you up with a clean hard drive to install Windows 7 on.

I am putting Windows 7 svc pack 1 back on and then will upgrade from there. But it is saying that there is something wrong with the partition of the hard drive. I had a repair place put the hard drive in, I did not do it. Now I cannot get my operating system to down load to the hard drive. Very upset with this place. How do I go back and wipe out the hard drive so that I can repartition it as if it is just going in for the first time, so that I can get my os loaded.
