Temporary Internet Files not deleting via GPO if delete browsing button GPO is enabled

The following GPO is already enabled in production environment. Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Internet Explorer - Delete Browsing History => Prevent access to Delete Browsing History is enabled.

When we try to enable another GPO to delete Temporary Internet Files when IE 11 browser is closed. The following is implemented: Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Internet Explorer  - Internet Control Panel - Advanced Page => Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed is enabled.

The temporary internet files are not getting deleted after both GPO's enabled. Is there any conflict with both GPO's? Please help us to find why it is not deleting the files even GPO is applied.

OS: Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit
Browser: IE 11

Thanks
Dan

Actually the two GPO is conflicting as if you disable the access to the delete of the browsing history whiCH means that such feature and the corressponding temporary internet files will be marked as read only and the other GPO will not be able to delete the same.
