"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Because on Line 259 of wind_new.css
you have this
#content {
  border: medium none;
  float: left; /* <=== THIS IS THE CULPRIT */
  line-height: 1.5em;
  margin: 40px 30px 20px 0;
  padding: 0;
  width: 640px;
}

Open in new window

Remove the float left which will revert the content div to a block element and the table will then behave itself
Corrected style
#content {
  border: medium none;
  line-height: 1.5em;
  margin: 40px 30px 20px 0;
  padding: 0;
  width: 640px;
}

Well, that fixed the floating outside the container.  The climber silhouette is now in correct place.  However, the right sidebar is now floating below content.

You are in the fortunate position of knowing what your page should look like - we can only (in the absence of further info) guess.
It might be more efficient if you posted something that could let us know what you are trying to achieve.

I imagine this is what you are looking for.
1. Add the float left back to the content div
2. Add the following style for the table
#mainpic > table {
  float: right;
}

Open in new window

In other words - what you had originally + the above

You could have left everything how you had it and just added a table selector to float right.

#content  {
	width:640px;
	padding:0px;
	line-height:1.5em;
	float:left;
	margin:40px 30px 20px 0px;
	 border:none;
	}
table {
    float:right;
}
