CSS Div Height not responsive

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong with my CSS?  I have a slider and if you adjust the size of the browser, for a few pixels it will begin to have a white gap below the slider image.  I'm not sure what I am doing wrong with my CSS.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I wonder if it's because the images are so wide but not that tall and it just doesn't have anywhere to go? Try adjusting the Height property in https://www.spokeinsurance.com/themes/third_party/jw_nivo/nivo-slider/nivo-slider.css?v=1.3.7

/* The Nivo Slider styles */
.nivoSlider {
      position:relative;
      width:100%;
      height:auto;
      overflow: hidden;
}
