Access Delete records where cell contains....

Please confirm how I can delete records where the cell where I will remove any row that cell is in that contains...

For example, I want to remove any row where the name includes JOHN

John Allen
Barbara Allen
John Doe Williams
Steve Williams

Therefore, in the example above, the first and third rows will be deleted.

Thank you...I had another delete statement criteria, and by default it was 'AND' that had to be changed to 'OR.'
