IIS 7 on windows 2008R2

Trying to setup a alias in 2008R2 with IIS 7. I binded the IP addresses to the site but it still get the IIS starter page.

Added the following to DNS for the internal users
Completed. Added the following to the internal DNS.
Cap2.co.pg.md.us                                            A   
Cap2.princegeorgescountymd.gov               A   

But when the type the url above they get the start page within IIS

How are you getting to the site?  By IP?  By domain name?

Are you accessing the site from the server or another client on the network?

Do you have a different page set up as the default start page?

I suggest that you put the actual IP address on the site binding, you have the sites tagged to use any available IP on the server.

The site binding should be:

Type = http
Host Name = Cap2.co.pg.md.us
Port = 80
IP Address =

Type = http
Host Name = Cap2.princegeorgescountymd.gov
Port = 80
IP Address =
