You have reset button, and jumper on board.

Press the S1400 button
This button has three functions. Hold the button, then apply power. Depending on when you
release the button, it will do these things:
• release immediately (0-5 seconds) after starting the device to load backup bootloader
• release when user LED starts to flash to reset RouterOS (5-10 seconds)   <-------
• release after user LED stops flashing to start Etherboot (Netinstall) mode
(10+ seconds)

Predrag Jovic  I am seeing  no S1400 on this Mikrotik I think I have an different one the one I have his
Mikrotik SXT SA5

RouterOS  reset  jumper  hole  (access  through  the  plastic door)
RouterBOOT  reset  button  (access  through  the  plastic  door)
When you open plastic door resets should be on  the right side
If not, can you post a picture of router board when you open plastic door.

But one question i have for you when you plug in the device is there any light inside that showing that its on or working

because i want to reset the system so i can access the default IP address

Yes there two led diode.
I found reset procedure on youtube.
First part with reset hole should do the trick for you (first 40 seconds).

Bro i think the problem is the device the video you share with me is good i think by watching this i find out that there is two LED light on this device but when i follow the steps they are not lighting. i think my device is not working
