"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have reset button, and jumper on board.
manual -page 9

Press the S1400 button
This button has three functions. Hold the button, then apply power. Depending on when you
release the button, it will do these things:
• release immediately (0-5 seconds) after starting the device to load backup bootloader
• release when user LED starts to flash to reset RouterOS (5-10 seconds)   <-------
• release after user LED stops flashing to start Etherboot (Netinstall) mode
(10+ seconds)

Is your POE adapter working?

Complete device and how to attach devices - SXT CPE installation guide.

If there is no LED lights and everything is attached (cables and power adapter is in good condition) - most likely device is dead.
