Cisco 3900 router

I just bought a Cisco 3900 router. It has a default cisco/cisco one time login. I did login but did not have a chance to change the publicly-known credentials and my PC went through an automatic reboot. Now I am locked out. How do I get back in the privilege mode? Thanks

Connect the same way as earlier thru console .. Still you will be connected directly to privileged mode(it won't ask username and password)

I haven't worked with that specific Cisco router but I assume it's mostly the same as the previous models (1800, 2800, etc).  With the older models you can reset the router to factory state by using the console cable (blue cable) and telnet into it then follow this instruction.

I was using the console cable connecting to the console port to login into the router.

:( if you reboot the router, then it won't help.

I have attached the password procedure to reset on the cicso 3900 router. its very similar as old router series.

If you still not able to do, i can help you thru teamviewer remote management.
