Outlook Add on Error

Updated Office to 2013 and now getting error :
An error has occurred in the code of the plug-in for Add-in Express (plug-in ID = 441d6d15-71c6-43f7-89af-b56ea1516dae).

I tried unchecking : CardScan add-in ; & no error came up.  Re-checked : error came up ,


How do I fix?

Check to see if the add-on has an update.  Failing that, there isn't much you can do.

The code written for an earlier version of office obviously isn't compatible with the newer version.

Scanner is a CardScan 800c , is there a version of software/drivers for Office 2013

Can't tell from their site.  You might want to contact them to see.

FYI : even with error I was still able to scan business card.  Would like to fix errors though ,
