Look in your list of installed programs(in Windows 7 this would be under Control Panel > Programs and Features) to see if you have any AdWare installed.
Note proper Malware removal will need a lot of time, so your patient’s is asked. If this is a corporate environment I strongly recommend to reimage or reinstall your client as nobody can give 100% guarantee that all Malware is removed.

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) .

Click on the 32-bit version or 64-bit version button. Note it depends on the bit type of your Windows version.

Now run a FRST Scan with the default settings .
Please upload both log's on your next reply.

Hi srikotesh,

Stop unwanted pop-ups or homepage changes:

As per google support page:

Look for malware and unwanted programs:

Here are some clues that a suspicious program is affecting Google Chrome:
•Chrome doesn't block pop-up ads from showing.
•Your homepage, startup page, or search engine has changed to a site you don't recognize
•Unfamiliar extensions or toolbars are added to Chrome
•The Chrome desktop shortcut opens an unfamiliar website.

Chrome Cleanup Tool :

This application will scan and remove software that may cause problems with Chrome, such as crashes, unusual startup pages or toolbars, unexpected ads you can't get rid of, or otherwise changing your browsing experience.

https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/

For more details Please check the Google Support page:

Indeed you should Run a scan just to make sure nothing is running in the shadows... Also Reset The Configuration for Both Browsers , and make sure No Extra Addosn were intalled.

For Blocking Adds I suggest PrivDog,You can block pretty much Most Adds/Trackers , Runs Silently and does not need much configuration
Hi hopeleonie,

I have attached log files.
Addition.txt
In chrome you can install Adblock plus add-ons
It will block any unwanted AD or pages

Use the HOSTS file
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
In your case, this should be simple since you have identified the source of the "Ads" per screen shots in your first posts.
Now, if you cannot delete the programs causing the Ads (such as GreatSave4U) just add their URLS to your HOSTS file.
Issue  resolved with privdog.
thanks
