cant see my sql instance through

Hi all, what i need to configure in the firewall for see my new sql server 2014 instance?

What do you mean by "see my new sql server 2014 instance" ? Are you getting any error while connecting sql server? Please provide more information.

However you need to open the port 1433 (default port of sql server) in firewall. But this is subject to error.

If you have installed sql server 2014 , are you able to connect it on local server (where it is installed)
