Help parsing text

I am extracting text  from a PDF.   Can anyone suggest a good way to parse the extracted text?  Or a better way to extract the text?  I have attached a text file that is the extracted text.  For the most part, those fields in Caps are the field names and the data is to the right.pdftext.txt

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In my opinion, you need to ask the provider of the PDF what the size of each field is (as in how many characters can the database store for each field). Without that information, you cannot hope to accurately parse this file unless you're willing to spend a LOT of trial and error.
