SBS 2011 Migration to Server 2012 R2

Have a customer that we are looking to migrate from SBS 2011 to Server 2012.  Have the basic scenario down, but I'm wondering if anyone can point to a step by step migration site, so that I don't miss a step.  I have already migrated the email off of the Exchange 2010 from the SBS 2011 server to hosted Exchange, so that's no longer in the mix. Thx.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would recommend treating this like a migration to another SBS Server.  Use the migration of SBS 2008 to SBS 2011 as a checklist to ensure you get everything.  The best part is that you that you don't have the 3 week time limit since you DO NOT have to transfer the FSMO roles off the SBS until the last step before demoting the SBS server.
