QBPOS and QB pro 2013, statement not showing items and item desc.
Hello,
we sell items and service in the QBPOS 2013. and charge on a customers account.
at the end of the day we do a financial exchange.
and all the account charges are issued as invoices to that customer. the invoices look neat with proper item names and item descriptions.
but when we create a statement. the Item column is empty and the description have the POS receipt # and the invoice # and the item names.
Item: Empty
Description: INV#6102
POS Receipt# 6151
---910-87632876 #1371
is there a way when i create a statement to the customer, it lists all the items that they bought, and the description of them.

if you right click on the Customer and choose Create Statement - the right column allows you to specify a variety of options. Alternatively you can customize a standard template to give you just about everything you need

thank you for the help, but this is how i was able to create a statement and edit it how i want.
i also clicked the "add item description" check box. and that is how i got the description on the statement to show. but unfortunately it is not showing the description of the items, it is showing what i copied above.
