"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Here is a link that shows a way yo changing how a report looks when printed (that's why you are getting this error):

https://support.qbo.intuit.com/help/ss2010/help_report_customize.html

As it says follow these steps:
-Turn on the text wrapping preference for reports.
- Change printer options. These control:
Headers and footers
Page orientation
Margins
- If some columns don't print, see tips for printing wide reports.
- Change the way column titles print.
- Export it to Microsoft Excel.

In Excel, you can control all the formatting (fonts, headers and footers, columns, spacing).

IT Pros Agree: AI and Machine Learning Key

We’d all like to think our company’s data is well protected, but when you ask IT professionals they admit the data probably is not as safe as it could be.

QB V2004 is dead and gone and won't work properly on any modern operating system. You say if works on a different printer, and you may need to do this until you can upgrade.
