Even though you have single DC, &nbsp;the SYSVOL should work properly otherwsie you will get lot of issue in the network. The Journal Wrap error usually caused by corrupted FRS/DFS database. You need to rebuild it to get rid of this error. <br />

Either Burfalg (FRS) or Authoritative (D2/D4) method can be used to rebuild the database.
