Non-bluetooth wireless headphone+mic for iPhone / Macbook / Android phones

person wearing the headphone to speak & listen beyond say 1 wall of 5" thick.

Is the quality of the signal better than those of equivalent Bluetooth sets?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The mic only works when the headset is connected to a PC via USB - it doesn't work wirelessly.
