Windows 10 Sharing Question

Please have a look at attached file.  I have a newly downloaded version of Windows 10 Pro (which was a upgrade from my Windows 8.1) but I don't have a "sharing" menu with settings/system.  What am I missing here?

Basically I'm trying to share via Outlook instead of the Windows Mail program...  any help would be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Outlook (assuming reasonably new) will work the same way in Windows 10 as in Windows 8. You cannot share Outlook - it is not supported and you can easily damage the PST file. You could not do this in Windows 8 either.
