Block senders using their email address or domain

I would like to block senders using their email addresses or domains in Exchange 2013. Please help me out

Please explain what you are trying to do better. Exchange is all about email addresses so what are you trying to block....

A couple of users and I keep receiving emails from so I want to block that email address on the exchange server

First make sure your server is not an pen relay ,Need to block if found open relay
