VRAs on Zerto hosts stop responding for no reason.

We have 4x Cisco UCS hosts running Zerto 3.5 U5 and only 91 VPGs with 110VMs.
Each host has dual Xeon CPU and 192GB Ram.
Each VRA has high resource settings being 4 CPU and 32GB Ram each.
We have plenty of Storage on Tier2 EMC VNX 5300 SANs.

For no reason almost every second day one of these hosts and not always the same ones have the error where the VRA cannot communicate with the Host.

The only way to fix this is a force power cycle of the blade server and then startup the VRAH and VRA.

We have moved VPGs between hosts, balanced them, unbalanced, recreated VPGs.

Zerto said they have not been able to replicate the issue. Some failures have forced us to recreate almost half the VPGs.

Does anyone work with Zerto that may know about these issues?
We are only replicating Vmware VMs at present and we are on Vmware version 5.5

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are still having this problem I would upgrade to 4.0 as the vra's underlying os was changed.

Also I'm sure our support team would be more than willing to escalate all the way to the Dev level if needed.

Let me know if I can help too.
