"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will need a third party tool to acoomplish this, as Windows Explorer will be able to use FTP, but it WON'T allow you to assign to a drive letter to it.
Here's a free tool that's up to date (supports win8/server2012): http://www.ferrobackup.com/map-ftp-as-disk.html

actually the problem is not in the connection with some  third party tool i mention in the question i can successfully access the FTP Server using FileZila and i have problem in access FTP using Explorer
i already test the tool you mentioned above without success

Sorry if I was ignoring unintentionally
In Internet Explorer, go to the Internet Settings, last tab Advanced:

Look for (browsing section):

Enable FTP Folder view (enable checkbox)
Use Passive FTP

Restart computer, test again in Internet Explorer. If FTP listing appears, then continue with the tool I posted.

@Kimputer Thanks

Enable FTP Folder view (enable checkbox)

it's enabled by default
Use Passive FTP
also enabled by default
Restarting my computer same error
Same error in the first post

any way as i mentioned in the delete question request i want to change my question
i have a backup application can directly backup on FTP server but i faced the same problem
It's almost not possible you had success with Filezilla client on that same computer, but not with other programs. Are you sure on that same PC, you used filezilla successfully (including downloading AND uploading files)?
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
yes when i use SQLBACKUP software i can directly backup on FTP but when i test connection i got this error
I still think you made some errors, either typing errors for the login info (server/user/pass), or you have some strange firewall rules that allows one, but blocks the other.

agree with Kimputer
sounds like misconfigured or the application you use don't meet the security policy for the FTP server
have you tried another backup application
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
no the same configuration of fileZilla in the SQL BACKUP software nothing else no advanced configuration require only server name user and pass
any way do you recommend any other software for SQL Backup that's all i need
