You can use desktop app to enter data and save as offline later you can import.  You also require local storage to store data base on local machine here is the way to use it

Dear Ankit
let me put the question in this way:
I am developing a an access 2013 desktop database, where I want users to work with it of line , but when connected , it get synchronized with an application having the same tables and quires in Share Point 2013.
similarly if data is entered on line through Share Point the get synchronized with all Desktop users once connected, so way we can have data updated on and offline with all users.

It helped to some extent, but I am still looking for how to have connection between Access app & an Access desktop database, based on real time synchronization if possible.
