SCCM 2012 - OSD Driver Installation Problems
Hi
My OSD Task Sequence is indicating that it is deploying drivers for a 'HP ProDesk 400 G1 DM', but the drivers are not actually installing correctly. The TS log indicates that the Apply Driver section for this model is being hit and processed successfully, but then fails when it gets to installing additional software part, because there is no network driver installed. If I then copy the driver package files onto a USB key and point device manager to this location it installs all of the drivers with no problems. Are there any logs I can check which will help in detecting exactly what is failing. I've got the deployment set to allow me to press F8 to inspect the client logs, but just not sure where to look.
Thanks,
Neil

Do you have a reboot after the driver install, before the application install? I've found that sometimes that will help drivers.
ASKER
No I don't actually, but I'll test this now.
Thanks,

After correctly distributing my driver package again the issue was corrected. Just a note, I tried adding a reboot in after the driver installs, but this failed as it was before the SCCM client was installed. I took the reboot out and it is all working fine now.
ASKER
Because I resolved the issue.
