How to retrieve User Id by ping host name in the Command Prompt?

I want to know who logged in, by providing the Computer Name in the CMD

Something like this .. ping -a [HOSTNAME]

I just tested it by doing

qwinsta /server:servername and it came back with a list.

Excellent suggestion.
