I want to upgrade from DirSync/FIM to Azure AD Connection Tool, does anyone know if I have to uninstall Dirsync/FIM or can I just install Azure AD connection Tool, and follow the instructions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I got it installed and now it does not seem to kick off every 3 hours, is there anyway to check this, and why it does not start every 3 hours?

I looked @ logs and it does not seem to show anything.

There's a scheduled task for the periodic sync now, check it's status. If I remember correctly, there was an issue with running the scheduled tasks on 2008 machines. Or maybe it was due to old version of .NET.
