Is there an Administrator account for IdeaPad 11S?

I'm the domain admin for our domain. one of my clients can't get on a previously domain joined IdeaPad. At the logon screen there is no option for logging into the admin account, just the domain account. I can't even put in my creds. The Wireless isn't working so i can't connect to  the domain.

Usually you should be able to login under your domain account even if there is no network available on the device. This is one of the tricks which works when relationship trustship is lost.

On Vista, 7, 8, and 10, the Administrator account is disabled by default for security.  If you run net user administrator /active:yes in an elevated CMD prompt, that will enable the admin account with no password and it then appears on the welcome screen.  How you do that when you can't login is another story.....

One major booboo I regularly encounter is where the PC was immediately joined to the domain so there are no local accounts.  You then can't boot to safe mode or do much of anything when it doesn't work!
There's probably a disabled admin account. You can enable it with an external boot of something like TRK (Trinity Rescue Kit), then winpass to enable the Administrator account.
You then boot again, chose Log in as another user, then use PCNAME\Administrator (I don't know your PCNAME, replace with the real hostname).
