Server 2012 shared printers stop working and internet stops working also, shortly after boot up

I have a server 2012 hyper V running on Hyper V core, I have 2 shred printers, an HP and a Kyocera set up on the server and shared throughout the users, they stop working, users print to it but it never leaves the que and makes it to the printer. I have checked the spooler service, that's ok, I even re-start the service, and then I notice that when this happens, Logmein and the anything on the server cannot access the internet.. network users can still access internet. Seems like something is blocking ports , but the firewall is completely off, once I reboot, all works fine for about 20-40 minutes then back to the same... I have also checked read/write permissions in the system32/spool/printers folder.. This one has me stumped..

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I am wondering if the onsite IT person tried installing RAS, I see that is running, but it doesn't need to be, can this cause port redirection?

Yep, RAS was the culprit, once I stopped the service, everything started working in a matter of a few minutes
