Outlook 2010 freezing every so often in Citrix

Domain environment with Exchange/Outlook 2010 running on a Citrix farm.
This only one user complaining that while in Citrix, Outlook freezes, sometimes up to 2 minutes, other programs are running fine. Her inbox has been cleaned, doesn't contain many items.

Is the mailbox running in cached exchange mode?

Have you tried recreating mail profile?

No, I haven't tried yet recreating mail profile, ultimately will do.
Also what difference will running in cached, or not cached mode?

Cached mode means that the client doesn't keep the connection alive, in essence. It checks with the server periodically for new email etc. downloads the changes to a local OST file.

Non cached mode means direct connection to server.

In my Citrix environments I always go non cached.
