Hi

Is the mailbox running in cached exchange mode?

Have you tried recreating mail profile?

Thanks

No, I haven't tried yet recreating mail profile, ultimately will do.
Also what difference will running in cached, or not cached mode?

Commented:
Cached mode means that the client doesn't keep the connection alive, in essence. It checks with the server periodically for new email etc. downloads the changes to a local OST file.

Non cached mode means direct connection to server.

In my Citrix environments I always go non cached.

So being in a Citrix environment, which profile should I delete/recreate, do you have any instructions?

Hi

I was suggesting just the Outlook/Mail Profile as described here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/829918
