Master page in ASP.NET (VB.NET)?

Hi ,

I want to design master page with a horizontal many with sub menu items. How do i achieve this in ASP.NET(VB.NET) ?

No i do not have html for the Menu. i want Dashboard , Invoices , Account info as main items.
