How to use Preg_match in php to match phone number?

I want to use Preg_match in php to match phone number from my input. My expect result is to be like (885) 12 132 456 or 012 123 123 or 097 123 1447 if it not match to this it would show error message.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try:
if( preg_match('#^(\(\d{3}\)\s\d{2}\s\d{3}\s\d{3}|\d{3}\s\d{3}\s\d{3}|\d{3}\s\d{3}\s\d{4})$#', $value, $matches) )
{
  echo '<pre>Success', PHP_EOL,print_r($matches,true),'</pre>';
}
else
{
  echo 'Invalid phone number';
}
