How to integrate Lync 2010 for conference calling with Cisco UCM?

Asked a similar question yesterday. But perhaps it was not clear. Trying again ...

What are the main tasks that need to be accomplished in CUCM and on Lync 2010 in order to use Lync as an audio conference calling system?

Thank you.

@Mks_ This was very helpful. It pointed me to the Topology Builder. If you go directly to Topology, in Lync Control Panel there's no way to add objects to the topology. So the builder must be the method.  BUT if I start the builder it prompts me to load existing topology in order to modify the existing setup. I searched the hard drive using Explorer for the ".tbxml" file but no joy. I was searching on the Enterprise front end lync servers. Any idea where I could find  the existing topology??

Hi,,

You need to deploy Enterprise Voice function.

On topoloy, enable Mediation Server, and define TLS\TCP protocol and port for Mediation Server.
On Lync Server Control, configure Dial plan, Route, Trunk Configuration and so.

Best Regards
