I have a form that Managers will fill out requesting different access to Network Resources. If they choose Yes I would like for this to display a hyperlink. If NO then no link. The word YES can be the hyper link.
Example
For Cell Phone (G36) if they choose Yes (i36) then the word yes would be a hyper link to \\phx-server1\forms\cellph one.dox
If they chose NO (this is the default) no hyperlink is displayed.
If they choose yes I am ok with displaying a hyperlink in the next cell below.
Example
For Cell Phone (G36) if they choose Yes (i36)
Cell H37 displays Cellphone.dox that is a hyper link to \\phx-server1\forms\cellph one.dox
i have attached a copy of the form i am using.
