If you do all your MS Updates, it should come up.<br />

If you have a Retail or OEM Version it does so automatically.<br />
<br />
However if your Win7 or Win8/8.1 &nbsp;is from Microsoft Downloads such as Action Pack &nbsp;or If you are a DOMAIN member on a corporate network - It will not show up. &nbsp;If you are using a Microsoft Download you should be able to download it and install. &nbsp;If you're on a Domain network, You must either move off the domain or buy upgrade licenses.<br />

Make sure that you BACK UP your entire machine before trying the update, especially if you are trying to upgrade a system that is not OEM or Retail Version.
