I have a site collection and have numerous links inside site collection that starts with main site URL, for example -<br />

<a href="https://test.welfare.com/sites/Projects/Pages.aspx" rel="ugc">https://test.welfare.com/sites/Projects/Pages.aspx</a>, <a href="https://test.welfare.com/sites/Projects/test.apsx" rel="ugc">https://test.welfare.com/sites/Projects/test.apsx</a>&nbsp;etc..<br />

I want to loop through whole site collection and find all navigation links and change it to,<br />

<a href="https://Projects.testPM.com/sites/Projects/Pages.aspx" rel="ugc">https://Projects.testPM.com/sites/Projects/Pages.aspx</a>, <a href="https://Projects.testPM.com/sites/Projects/test.apsx" rel="ugc">https://Projects.testPM.com/sites/Projects/test.apsx</a>&nbsp;etc..<br />

I just want to change the main URL and keep the rest as is.<br />
