sbs2003 create self-signed certificate for remote desktop gateway server

I found instructions for doing this under server 2008, but I cannot find instructions for either server 2003 or sbs2003.

My goal is to be able to use MSTSC remotely to bypass RWW.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For self-signed certificates I always use selfssl.exe which is part of the IIS Resource Kit.

It's a command line interface but the help is good and it's simple enough to use. You can create a website in IIS, assign the SSL certificate to that website, then export the certificate and use it wherever you want.
