"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please see the link from Microsoft below, it describes how to configure appropriate security via TLS

Set SIP Trunk Security Profile Information
In the SIP Trunk Security Profile Information section, specify the following settings as shown in figure 15:
•      Set Device Security Mode to Encrypted. This ensures that CUCM uses TLS to communicate with the Mediation Server.
•      Set Incoming Transport Type to TLS.
•      Set Outgoing Transport Type to TLS.
•      Set Incoming Port to 5061.

thanks, but what i do in Lync side?
Fu CkCommented:

On Lync Server side, on topology, you need to choose TLS protocol instead of TCP. Then also, you need to use the same port for Mediation Server and the port on PSTN gateway.

Note that you need to make sure the PSTN gateway support the TLS protocol.
