Expanding on DrTribos comment, if you delete NORMAL.DOTM and run Word, it will create a new one automatically with the default settings. &nbsp;BTW, there will be a NORMAL.DOTM for each user.<br />
And, FYI, uninstalling and reinstalling seldom fixes things. &nbsp;Its better to use the repair function under the change button as it will explicitly look for corrupted files and settings.<br />

I have re-installed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 on Server 2008 Standard 64 bit.<br />

Now when i close ms word I get error as below :<br />
