can you share robocopy command ? I can try
if you type Robocopy /? at the command prompt, you will see the help text for the command. You can test the run by having it just list what it would do.

Is there some scheme for the file names to be moved?
How much delay between file copy operations?
Are there any other criteria for moving, such as file size or modified date?
