how to go back to windows 7 from windows 10

I upgraded my computer to windows 10 this afternoon and the screen is wonky...the resolution and icons are completely out of whack.  How do I revert to windows 7 or is there another solution?   My computer is only 4 years is a core two duo.  I have backed up my documents and pictures folders.

Start with Windows Update and see if you can uninstall Windows 10 from updates. This should take you back to Windows 7

On one of my upgrades there were video problems and I was able to go to the video card vendors website and download Windows 10 drivers, this fixed the problem. Do you know the model of the video card?

I have determined that my video card is Radeon X1600 series.  I have no idea how to get the correct drivers and also I am not sure if the windows 10 drivers exist for this video card.  Would upgrading the video card solve this problem?
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
If you have a desktop computer, you could ask a local computer shop for a compatible card or look at the Radeon web site.
