I can't access Zend from my command line. Why not?

I've installed my zend application in wamp->bin->php right alongside my PHP folder
I've got my php.ini file reading include_path = ".;C:\wamp\bin\php\zend_app\library"
I've gone into my advanced settings and added "C:\wamp\bin\php\zend_app\bin" to my Path variable name

I've done everything I can think of and I am still not able to access zf from my command line. In other words, when I enter "zf show version," I get an error that says: "zf command not found."

What am I doing wrong? I've been looking at this for a couple of hours and have not been able to get it to work.

Thoughts?

After you set a system environment variable you have to close your command window and open a new one.
If it still doesn't work, check the value of PATH:
echo %path%
Paths must be separated by semicolons. So it should look something like:
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Tools\Applications;%SystemRoot%\system32;C:\wamp\bin\php\zend_app\bin

In C:\wamp\bin\php\zend_app\bin, there should be a file named zf.bat

If you can't figure out the path, then cd \wamp\bin\php\zend_app\bin and you can use the zf command
