Backup Exec 2010 skipping files

For the last few days I'm keep getting errors when backing up my file server In backup exec 2010 R2 im getting None of these files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

When looking the files are there and I'm able to copy them ,as soon as the backup kicks in Fileserver runs very slow and my users can't log in. When looking at File server Event viewer giving me event ID 57481

Please help me with this

Are you able to manually copy the file(s)?  

Try as the article suggests and use NT Backup and see if you are successful or get a similar error.
