Unable to install android sdk on windows 8

I downloaded 'android-studio-bundle-141.1980579-windows' from https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html. My system has windows 8.1, with 4 GB RAM, x64 processor. The android studio bundle is not properly getting installed. I get the following error message.
"Failed to install Intel HAXM. For details, please check the installation log: 'C:\Users\Admin\Appdata\Local\Temp\nsn94F8.tmp\haxm_silent_run.log'

The path given above doesn't exist at all. There's no Appdata folder in C:\Users\Admin. What's the problem? How to install? please help.

HAXM is the emulator and is a separate installation from the sdk. Try this link, it has the download and full instructions

Thanks a lot. I'm working on it. I went to the link and downloaded Intel HAXM. But at the time of installation, it says that the Intel virtualization Technology is not enabled on my laptop. Documentation says that I should enable it in the Bios settings. I'm currently trying to do it.

"Enable Intel® Virtualization Technology (Intel® VT) for IA-32, Intel® 64 and Intel® Architecture (Intel® VT-x). in BIOS (Windows* OS only)." - This is what I see in the documentation. Am I going in the right path? This is the screen shot of the error message.

Solved! I successfully enabled VT-x in bios and installed intel HAXM. Thank you so much!
