script exchange 2010 users and tasks

without having to go into outlook to see who has tasks rights for a certain user, is there a powershell script that will tell me what users have what rights to another users taks. lets say the user is john doe, username jdoe.

in outlook 2010, go to tasks, right click on your tasks, choose properties, permissions.
