Cannot convert a char value to money. The char value has incorrect syntax.

Hi
  Select 'a' ,'b','c'
 union all
  select name,amount,balance  from xyz

i am trying to get this done to add header to csv using bcp  but i am getting issue "Msg 235, Level 16, State 0, Line 1
Cannot convert a char value to money. The char value has incorrect syntax."
